MASTER FORMATS - DVD DUPLICATION

 

We accept the following formats for duplication which are listed in preferential order.  

 

1) DVD+/-R  DVD+/-RW:  This includes mini DVD’s as well and is by far the most universally accepted format.  If your DVD plays in more than one DVD player then it is in this format. Please chek to see that it plays in several plays otherwise you may have a DVD format that cn only play on the machine with which it was created.

 

2) MINI DV -  This format is used in the mini tape based camcorder.  This is a digital format and needs to be transferred into a computer, authored, and exported to standard DVD format.  This format requires a transfer fee which is based on the time required to transfer the raw material.  We can create menu, chapter and scene transitional effects for an additional fee.

 

3)VHS / VHSC Tape - These are the standard analog tapes that play in any VCR.  This is an analogue format and needs to be transferred into a computer, authored, and exported to standard DVD format.  This format requires a transfer fee which is based on the time required to transfer the raw material.  We can create menu, chapter and scene transitional effects for an additional fee.
